Perfect for anyone new to yoga or Iyengar Yoga of all fitness levels, including those who have never been to a yoga studio or class. You will learn the basic yoga poses in a step-by-step process with other beginners. Take any four sessions that work for your schedule.

Ideal for those who have injuries or who have been away from their mats for a while. As you learn or relearn the proper foundation for each pose “from the ground up,” you can return to your practice with newfound knowledge and ease.
